His relevant experience includes:
Representing a major regional electricity distribution company for 4–5 years in numerous disputes before courts of all levels, both prior to privatization (when the entity integrated supply and distribution activities) and following the separation of these functions.
Leading a complex project concerning the connection of a cogeneration plant to the national power grid, covering the full process from identifying access land and obtaining the necessary documentation to negotiating with landowners and delivering the final documentation. The project lasted approximately two and a half years.
Representing a company specialized in the design of electrical systems and the development of turnkey medium- and large-scale photovoltaic parks over a period of 1–2 years, in the context of a subsequent acquisition as part of a renewable energy expansion strategy.
Assisting an international industrial group in its expansion in Romania, from a single entity to multiple companies, with a combined workforce exceeding 700 employees.
